Your Model

A model that fits the past perfectly has told you nothing about the future. Walk-forward validation scores your model on games it never saw: the window is split, the model is fitted on the older part, and it is tested on the held-out remainder.

Accuracy of every bookmaker on every settled game in the last 14 days, scored at two snapshots: the closing line (last tick before kickoff) and 24 hours before kickoff.
